Shipping & Delivery
Where we ship, how long it takes, what it costs — and the small print on duties.
We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. All prices and shipping costs are shown in US Dollars (USD). Shipping is calculated and shown in full before you pay.
Shipping costs
- Free worldwide shipping on orders of $60 USD or more.
- Orders under $60: a flat $6 USD shipping fee.
- The exact shipping amount is always displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery timeframes
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- United Kingdom & Ireland: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 4–8 business days
- United States & Canada: 6–12 business days
- Rest of world: 8–16 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Where no timeframe is agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking details where the carrier provides them.
Import duties & taxes
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT/GST) or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local rules before ordering.
Restricted destinations
We cannot ship to countries or persons subject to applicable trade sanctions or export restrictions. If we're unable to fulfil an order for this reason, we'll cancel and refund it in full.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within a reasonable time, contact us at support@mayneph.shopand we'll put it right.
