Our product scope

Mayneph sells two kinds of product only:

• Radiator-maintenance tools — brushes, reflector foil, bleed keys, dusters and similar.
• Heating-comfort consumer goods — draught excluders, seals, thermal curtains, throws, hot water bottles and microwave-warmed comfort items.

What we do not sell

To keep things safe and within our expertise, we do not sell:

• Gas appliances or anything requiring Gas Safe registered installation.
• Boilers or central-heating plant.
• Electric heaters or fixed electrical heating equipment.
• Pressurised vessels or pressure-bearing components.

These products require certified installation and are outside what Mayneph offers.

How we describe products

We describe products honestly and avoid misleading claims. In particular, for our insulation and draught-sealing products we do not promise specific energy savings, cost reductions or percentages, because real-world results depend on each home. We make no medical or health-treatment claims.

Using products safely

• Radiator bleed keys: only bleed a radiator once the heating system has fully cooled — water inside can be hot and cause scalding. Use the catch tray and open valves slowly.
• Hot water bottles: fill with hot, not boiling, water; never more than two-thirds full; replace if the surface shows wear.
• Microwave foot warmer: heat for no more than 90 seconds at 800W; check temperature before use; never heat unattended or use while sleeping; risk of burns.
• Chimney draught balloon: for unused, closed-off chimneys only; always remove before lighting any fire.

Always read the safety guidance supplied with each product.

Acceptable use of this site

• Don't use the site for fraud, fraudulent payments or card testing.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Orders to destinations under applicable sanctions or export controls cannot be accepted.
