1. Who we are

This website (mayneph.shop, “Mayneph”) is operated by MAYNE PLUMBING & HEATING LTD, a company registered in Northern Ireland under number NI055800, with a registered office at Moore Braniff, 2 Beechill Business Park, 96 Beechill Road, Belfast, BT8 7QN, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. 2. These terms

By placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Acceptable Use & Product Scope. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you order.

3. Products

We sell heating-comfort and radiator-maintenance products. We do not sell gas appliances, boilers, electric heaters or pressurised components. Product images are illustrative; minor variations may occur. Where a product involves heat, follow the printed safety and timing guidance.

4. Prices and currency

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
• Prices may change, but changes won't affect orders we've already confirmed.
• Shipping costs are shown in full at checkout before payment. Import duties and taxes may apply in your country and are your responsibility.

5. How a contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation / dispatch email. If we can't fulfil an order (for example, an item is out of stock or shipping is restricted to your location), we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure hosted checkout; we do not receive or store your full card details. The statement descriptor is “MAYNEPHSTORE”.

7. Delivery and risk

We deliver per our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Where no time is agreed, we deliver without undue delay and within 30 days.

8. Cancellation and returns

You have a 14-day right to cancel and statutory rights for faulty goods, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Warranty and liability

We provide goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality for normal use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for misuse of a product contrary to its safety guidance.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to MAYNE PLUMBING & HEATING LTD or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and disputes are subject to the courts of Northern Ireland. This does not remove statutory protections available to you as a consumer in your country of residence.
